Pick-up
Pick-up is possible at the Fredyma International warehouse in Laval. It takes 24 to 48 working hours. You will receive an email as soon as your products are ready for pickup. You will need your invoice number to complete pick-up.

Delivery
Don’t have time to pick-up your order? We can have your purchases delivered to you. Parcel shipping is provided by Canada Post. Shipping time is 2 to 5 business days, normally. You will be able to follow the progress of the delivery as soon as it is on its way.
Note: To protect liquid natural paints which are sensitive to extreme temperature fluctuations, no orders are left at the door if you are absent. Post office boxes are not permitted.
